It’s a universal truth that Indians are obsessed with fairer skin. So in order to cash upon this craze, Hindustan Unilever has found out a new way to market its Vaseline Men cream here in India. The company has created Facebook application to make your profile or any other pictures fairer. So I decided to try this app by using the cream virtually on my picture. As usual I allowed the app to access my Facebook account.  (warning: My pic found in screen shots below)

Hi friends! I know many of you would have taken aback on seeing the title of the article. But that’s true Mark Zuckerberg, the chief executive and co-founder of Facebook, is facing a police investigation in Pakistan after the social networking site was last month was considered to be carrying material offensive to Muslims.

We know Facebook is one of the earth’s popular social networking site that has been under a lot of controversies lately, now to expand its user count Facebook has decided to join hands with the famous search engine Yahoo.

Criminal interrogation would have been even better than the interview of Facebook’s founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg at the D8 conference just outside of Los Angeles. Mark was grilled by two eminent personalities tech columnist Walt Mossberg and All Things Digital’s Kara Swisher. Walt and Swisher wasted no time in digging the issue, the world of Facebook users are murmuring about, the privacy issue.
